For over 50 years of experience in the fertilizer industry, CCM Agripharma manufactures high quality fertilizers product which has and will continue to help improve agricultural yields significantly, resulting in high quality produce for the market place. From the beginning, CCMA has embarked on a research and development (R&D) program aimed at formulating the best fertilizers for both plantation and cash crops. While much of this R&D is undertaken by our own personnel, we also collaborate closely with the Government’s agricultural research institutions to produce fertilizers suitable for all crops in Indonesia. To support its aggressive expansion plan in Indonesia we are seeking dynamic and highly motivated individuals to fill the positions of:
PLANT ENGINEER (PE) – Medan Based
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Plans, directs, and coordinates activities concerned with design, construction, modification, and maintenance of equipment and machinery in plant.
- Establishes standards and policies for pollution control, installation, modification, quality control, testing, operating procedure, inspection, and maintenance of equipment, according to engineering principles and safety regulations.
- Directs maintenance of plant buildings and coordinates requirements for new designs, surveys, and maintenance schedules for equipment and machinery.
- Tests newly installed machines and equipment to ensure fulfillment of machines and equipment specifications
REQUIREMENTS :
- Degree in Mechanical Engineer
- Minimum 8 years experience and above or minimum 5 years of working experience in manufacturing industry (Cement or NPK Fertilizer) as Plant Engineer
- Minimum 35 years old
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Experience to Productivity Management System
- Detailed and careful working attitude
- Well verse in maintaining rotating equipment like driers, rotary kiln, pumps, elevator and all kind of moving equipment.
- Basic knowledge in Electrical & Instruments
- Experience in operating SCADA (Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition) System
- Willing to be based in Medan
