The
Quality Controller working within the established Quality Control team
will be responsible for maintaining quality standards based on company
and customer requirements, and Indonesia standards for coffee
purchasing, processing, storage and export. This person will also be
responsible for sampling, analysing and recording and reporting, and
work along with Purchasing and Processing departments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support
respective departments (Purchasing/ Processing/ Suppliers/ Customers/
Traders) to prepare coffee (roast and grind) for analysis/cupping.
- Sample coffee beans, analyse and update company’s database of the cupping results.
- Organize coffee samples in an orderly form.
- Maintain the coffee laboratory clean and organized.
- Receives and sends coffee samples.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree holder from reputable University. Those with relevant experience but lower qualification will be considered
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in similar industry
- Prefer to have commodity experience ideally in coffee (arabica or robusta)
