CLAIM OFFICER - MEDAN
(Sumatera Utara - MEDAN BASED)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all surveys with regard to claims functions of the department ensuring these are carried out in accordance with the policies and procedures set out by the company;
• To ensure claim handling process timely and professionally to in line with the standard procedure;
• Working closely and fully supports Team Claim to smooth the process of handling claims to ensure and secure appropriate authentication and documentation of claims;
• To provide and monitor claims statistics and proactively provide feedback and advices on risks improvement;
• To liaise with other insurance, reinsurance, loss adjusters and other relevant companies to ensure proper claim handling and settlement.

Requirements:

• Male, maximum age 30 years old;
• Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering or major in Insurance Academy;
• Minimum experience 2 years in handling claim MV and Non-MV;
• Understanding the process and procedure claim in General Insurance Company;
• Possess good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills;
• Computer Literate (Word & Excel) is a must;
• Proficient in English both oral & written;
• Able to work under-pressure;
• Home based in MEDAN.
